What is known

Plumeet carries light messages and checks the fogline around North Span. Small grasping hands emerge from soft folds beneath large eyes and drooping head flanges. Floating steadily in fog and crosswind lets Plumeet reach places where ladders are inconvenient. The observatories and bridgekeepers have practical uses for that steadiness.

A presence before an explanation

Silhouette
Top-heavy and bell-stacked: a pointed domed head, long lateral head-wings, a puffed tiered torso tapering to very thin legs and oversized splayed feet.
Scale
Reads as small, likely knee-high to an adult human at most. The head and eyes dominate the proportions, while the hands and legs are undersized in a way that enhances fragility and cuteness without making it helpless.
Material
Short plush body down with warmer blush concentration on the cheeks, inner head-wings and fold edges; face remains smoother and slightly luminous; claws a muted horn pink.
