A presence before an explanation

- Top-heavy and curtain-shaped above, then widening again into a pooled, ragged base. The outline reads like something shaggy or sodden settling under its own weight, with hands hanging as two blunt tools at either side.
- Scale
- Short to below average in height, but broad in head and forearms, with a compact torso and a lower body that seems to spread rather than stride. The eyes are disproportionately large and human-readable; the hands are almost as visually important as the face.

- Soft hide under a wet, shaggy coat of mossy hair or fur, with darker moisture-darkened edges around the drooping fringe, cheek folds and pooled feet; nails in muted horn.
